Lake Moraine 2026-2028: Lake is drawn down 10 ft for the NYS Madison Reservoir Dam rehab. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding all continue. No construction noise. We've installed a new private walkway and swim platform that reaches the lower water line — direct lake access from the cottage. Two-bedroom (both queen) cabin with full bath, trundle for two, 55" Roku TV, fully-equipped kitchen with lake views, fire pit, paddleboard, two single kayaks. Sleeps 6. Five minutes to Colgate.
